A Quiet and Stunning Location 🌿
I had a good time during my one-night stay here. the hotel's location was really calm and beautiful, not too far from Rouen and the manor house. It was also cool because there was a library on-site.

Fabulous views, spacious room, perfect for my dogs. But finding staff was a treasure hunt, and you have to drive for miles to eat. Oh, and the bathroom? A work of art, with exposed pipework and flimsy shower cubicle. Lovely.

Nestled in a beautiful setting down the hillside to the river, this hotel offers a picturesque location to unwind and enjoy nature. the rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast, although lacking in variety, is satisfactory. the library, where breakfast is served, adds a unique touch to the ambiance. the hotel is conveniently located close to several restaurants, allowing guests to explore the local dining options.
The maintenance of the grounds and garden does not match the grandeur of the manor house.

Amazing New Year's Experience! The room was a good size and the bathroom was well fitted out. The location was great, with beautiful gardens and a lovely view. The host was charming and made us feel very welcome, even organizing an early morning breakfast. The potential of this place is fantastic, with its beautiful grounds.
Basic furnishings in the room and poorly furnished and decorated accommodation. Some traffic noise could be heard from the room, but not enough to disturb sleep.

That 4-hectare park with views of the Seine River was like stepping into a fairytale. Strolling through the garden, I couldn't help but feel like a character in a romantic novel, surrounded by beauty and tranquility. And the icing on the cake? The flat-screen TV in my room was the perfect companion for those cozy, lazy evenings after a day of exploring.
GPS confusion on arrival.

The grounds of the manor were lovely, and the hosts were super friendly and genuine.

The host was incredibly charming and made us feel super welcome. Breakfast was absolutely mind-blowing! The Manoir's potential is jaw-dropping, with its stunning grounds and beautiful surroundings. The welcome was friendly and helpful, and the picnic area with benches and tables was ideal for enjoying a summer evening with our dogs. The parking space near our rooms was a big plus. The breakfast brought to our room was excellent, and the ground floor 4 bedroom annexe was a pleasant surprise, with its tasteful decor and ample power points. Ying, the owner, was very attentive. The annex building had a cozy cottage atmosphere and provided a great view of the valley and river. our stay was fantastic!

the Manoir De La Houlette Bed & Breakfast was the best hotel I've stayed in. It felt like a fancy 5-star hotel without all the extra frills. The owner - Menil - is like a real-life escape to the chateau - doing everything herself. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting and the view from the terrace is stunning. The breakfast was delicious and served with plenty of options.
Couldn't recommend more.
